My name is Ralph Lorigo. One of my areas of concentration is business law. This includes business formation, agreements, zoning and land use and commercial litigation.

I represent a number of business clients who seek my advice and experience in dealing with various business matters, including, whether their business would best be served as a sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation, or a limited liability company. All aspects of the business environment are dealt with including, contracts, leases, and acquisition and zoning, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses.

I have also handled a number of commercial litigation cases, dealing with complex business issues through the courts and through arbitration.
